"Give me your tired, your poor...."

Now this is just damned wrong.

The day after the earthquake in Haiti back in February, thirty Haitians were allowed to take a U.S. Air Force plane to the United States for medical treatment and evacuation.

And what happened when they got there?

They got locked up by Immigration because they had no visas.

Even though we're not deporting Haitians, they're trying to deport these people.

I say again: this is just damned wrong.

  1. The dry foot policy is no longer in effect?

  2. More like the quake foot policy. If your feet were quaking in January, they had better not show up in the U.S. in February. If you had the good sense to get here before the quake, then you get to stay.

Don't ask me. I can't figure it out either.

Keep it clean for gene.
